Insurance is a trust sale. Secured First advises at no cost and wanted to show how that advice actually helps, rather than list products.

What we built

A modern site with plain-language service pages (health, home, business, vehicle), real advice stories ("The cheapest plan was not the cheapest plan"), FAQs and FinancialService structured data.

The challenge

What we were up against.

Every insurance website lists the same products. Secured First's difference is the advice: they review policy terms, help with claims and sometimes tell people not to buy. That is hard to show with a product grid.

Products all look alike

Health, home, business and vehicle cover read the same on every site, so listing them proves nothing.

Advice is invisible

The value only shows once someone has a claim or a renewal, long after they first visit.

Trust across two countries

The office is in Dubai, with servicing branches in India, and clients in both need to feel they are dealing with real people.

Stories instead of claims

Four short advice stories, such as "The cheapest plan was not the cheapest plan" and "Talked out of cover they did not need", show the advice working instead of describing it.

Health, home, business and vehicle insurance each get a page in everyday language, not policy jargon.

Calm and quiet design

Plenty of white space and subtle scroll animations, so the page feels like a conversation rather than a sales pitch.
