The brief

Raphael's Silverwings runs several service lines and sub-brands, and serves very different audiences: students, job seekers and businesses. Each needed a clear path in, and the group needed a trusted official channel after people misused its name.

What we built

A structured corporate site with a page for each of seven service lines, separate pages for its sub-brands (RSW Consulting, RSW Holidays, Drunken Duck), a destinations section, gallery and FAQ, plus an on-site scam alert that points visitors to official contact details.

The challenge

What we were up against.

From a head office in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland, Raphael's Silverwings runs seven service lines and three sub-brands. A student looking at universities, someone looking for work abroad and a company wanting business support all land on the same homepage.

Three audiences, one front door

Students, job seekers and businesses want different things, and each had to find their route within a click.

Several brands under one name

RSW Consulting Services, RSW Holidays and The Drunken Duck needed their own space without breaking away from the group.

A name being misused

People had been collecting money falsely under the group's name, so the site had to become the official channel visitors could check against.

Overseas education, staffing, digital media and tech support, training, legal support, business development and investment each get their own page under one Services menu.

Sub-brands inside the group

Each sub-brand has its own page but keeps the group's look and navigation, so visitors always know who they are dealing with.

Destinations in one place

Study and work destinations, from the UK and Ireland to Canada, Australia, Germany and the UAE, sit in one section instead of being repeated on every service page.

A scam alert on the site

A clear notice warns that the name has been misused and tells visitors to verify through the official phone numbers and email before paying anyone.

One way to reach them, everywhere

"Enquire Now" and a WhatsApp link with a preset message are on every page, next to published office hours.
