It's the first question almost every client asks, and the honest answer is: it depends on what the website needs to do. Two "five-page websites" can be very different jobs, so we quote every project in writing after a free call instead of publishing a price list. Here is what moves the price.
Simple business website
Five to ten pages, a contact form, WhatsApp button, Google Maps and basic SEO. This is right for most service businesses, clinics, consultants and shops, and it is the most affordable kind of site. The price moves with the number of pages, how much custom design you want, and whether you need help writing the text or sourcing photos.
E-commerce store
Price depends on the number of products, payment and shipping integrations, and whether you need custom features like subscriptions or B2B pricing.
Custom web application
Booking systems, portals and dashboards are quoted after a discovery call, because every one is different.
How to compare quotes
Ask each company for a written quote that lists every page and feature, who writes the content, what the domain and hosting cost each year, and what support you get after launch. A cheaper quote that leaves these out often costs more later.
What you should never pay extra for
Mobile responsiveness, an SSL certificate, basic SEO setup and the ability to edit your own content. These should be standard on every website in 2026.
Want a figure for your own site? Tell us what it needs to do, and you get a fixed written quote after a free call. The price is open to discussion.
